Seasons Greetings 2024

We wish all our customers, colleagues, friends, and visitors a merry festive season with a quick recap of 2024 and a look forward to 2025.

It's that time of year again - the trees are up, the lights are sparkling, and it's time for another end-of-year recap!

🆕 New features and content

We launched updates to our Documents Plan in 2024, including:

New design
Updates to search and filtering
Improvements to autosave

We also updated all HASpod accounts, with new features including:

New Membership tab
Resend invites for teams
Update invites for teams
View team member invite status
Cancel invites for teams
Switch team managers

All membership plans now include 10 free users so that you can try out our team features at no extra cost.

Throughout the year, we've continued adding new health and safety templates to our Documents Plan membership. You can now access 700+ health and safety templates, including risk assessments, policies, method statements, permits, forms and COSHH assessments.

You can get a sneak peek at some of the included documents on the Free Plan.

We've regularly added more health and safety content to the HASpod service throughout the year - including guides and blog posts.

As always, we are working behind the scenes on our next set of features. You can expect to see some of these launched in 2025.
