This month we've given user accounts a new look on HASpod. This update includes improvements for user settings and teams. The latest version is available now on your HASpod account.
In the last few weeks, we have launched an update that gives your HASpod account new features, including:
Membership
tabIn addition to things looking different, we've added several performance improvements behind the scenes.
You might notice a few changes on your account dashboard and settings areas. We've refreshed the design and improved the layout to make it even easier to manage your HASpod account.
All of your account settings have been updated to look and work better than before. In the Settings
tab you can verify your email address, fix a typo in your name, change your password and even delete your account here.
🆕 If you are on a membership plan you can upload your logo to display on your documents and training certificates for courses you create. If you change your mind you can now delete your logo too - select Edit Logo
> Delete logo
.
Your account now has a Membership
tab to make managing, upgrading and renewing your membership plan easier. You can also access this area by clicking the new membership button on the dashboard.
All our membership plans now come with 10 free users, so you can start using teams at no additional cost. We've updated and added some new features for managing teams on HASpod to make getting started with teams even easier.
In the Teams
tab you can invite, add and remove team members.
🆕 When you invite users to your team, you can now see which members have set up their accounts, and which members are still at invite status.
🔁 You can now resend invites! If a team member hasn't set up their account and the original invite has expired, you can send a new one. Select Edit invite
on the team member, and then click the Send Invite
button to resend the invitation.
🆕 If you entered the wrong name or email address on an invite, you can update it - select Edit invite
on the team member, update their name and/or email address, and click the Send Invite
button to send the invitation.
🆕 You can now cancel invites! Select If you remove any members from your team while they are still at invite status, it doesn't count towards your 20% turnover allowance. Select Remove member
on the team member, and then click the Remove User
button to cancel the invitation.
Each team can only have one team manager - this is the person who has set up the team and is responsible for the team membership plan. The team manager is the only person who can make changes to a team plan, including upgrades and renewals.
But sometimes, the person who set up the membership might leave the business, or someone else might be more suitable to manage the team account going forward.
🔁 You can now switch team managers! The current team manager can select a new team manager from any of the current admin members of the team. Select switch the team manager
under Team
> Manager
. If you remove yourself as the team manager, you become an admin member of the team.
⚠️ Once you change the team manager, you can't switch back, because only the new team manager will be able to authorise the switch, so please be certain before making this change.
